Shipping
Ship through Canada Post. Shipping times are an estimate only and are calculated from the time they leave our warehouse. Please allow up-to 7 days for the processing of your order.
Any "PRE-ORDER" items are subject to estimated wait and processing times and these times are available in the item details of the "PRE-ORDER" products. If you run into any problems during the order process or in receiving your order please don't hesitate to contact us via the support tab or by emailing us at info@livelifeintents.com.
We offer a flat rate of $12.00 CAD for anything shipped within Canada and FREE CANADA-WIDE SHIPPING for orders over $110.00 CAD.
Shipping rates to USA vary per item and rate. We do not offer free shipping outside of Canada.
Returns & Exchanges:
Our return/exchange policy is 30 days. If 30 days have lapsed since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original tags and packaging (where applicable). We do not offer free shipping on returns. Shipping is the responsibility of the person requesting the return. Once the item is returned, we ship the new item, free.
Non-returnable items:
Gift cards and sale items.
Here is the steps to take for refunds and exchanges (if applicable).
Step 1: Contact us via email: info@livelifeintents.com to find out if your item is eligible for a refund and/or an exchange. If eligible proceed to step 2.
Step 2: Mail us your refund/exchange with a note including what new item you would like and the reason for the refund. Please also include a copy of receipt if you have it. Without a receipt, you will receive and exchange only for the value of the good(s) at the time of the exchange.
Step 3: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days. If you have chosen and exchange, your new item will be shipped within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
Refunds can take up to 7 business days to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account and/or CC company again. After all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: info@livelifeintents.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you have ordered the wrong size. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email first at info@livelifeintents.com and send your item to: 8139 Cabot Trail, Margaree Forks, NS B0E2A0
If you are shipping a returned item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
